(la date et l'heure choisies n'ont pas d'importance, vous serez recontacté par le service client Vélo Company pour avoir confirmation d'un rendez-vous pour la remise en main propre de votre vélo de fonction)

2️⃣ - Choisissez le vélo souhaité sa taille, ainsi que la taille du casque🚲

3️⃣ - Saisissez vos coordonnées avec le mail professionnel et le matricule 🧑‍💻

4️⃣ - Validez et procédez à votre réservation 💳

This bike store is great because the staff is so friendly and helpful there. It was very easy to reserve a bike on their website and they gave some route ideas/instructions for my ride too.

Sam, Diego, and Luis are all great guys and easy to chat with.

I made my initial inquiry online on their web form and Sam (the owner) responded quickly with a WhatsApp voice message describing what my best option would be in order to pick up the bike just before the store closes the day before (Monday) my rental day (Tuesday) started, that way I could have it for an early morning ride.

Lastly, Sam went above and beyond. I needed a helmet to use for my bike rental in Amsterdam the next day (since one wasn’t included with a different rental company there) and Sam was kind enough to let me use their helmet and return it 2 days later upon my return back to Paris.

Top notch shop and would happily use them again! And they’ve got cool bike jerseys, bibs, and socks as well!

Rented a bike here for my trip on the Atlantic coast. Cannondale Carbon - top notch bike in perfect condition, very reasonable price. The owner helped me to set it up properly including test rides down the street. Everything was set up for a great trip, including bike pump, fixing equipment & water bottles. 100% recommend Paris Bike Co for your road bike needs! French & English spoken

Rolled in with a flat tire on my wheelchair and the tube wrapped around the axle. I thought my vacation was in big trouble and we had just begun. Relieved that Sam and his team spoke English. Even though they couldn't replace my tube, they took time get the old tube out and then found a place I could rent a wheelchair. The rental place referred me to a place that could do repairs. Forever grateful for Sam and his team salvaging our vacation!!

Joining up with some friends for a two week bike packing trip through Burgundy and the Jura, I needed a high quality road bike rental. They took the measurements from my bike at home and set the bike up perfectly and it was tuned up and in great working order. The price was very reasonable, they speak perfect English and are all around great people.
